The author has yet again penned a beautiful, well-illustrated book that perfectly explains autism to young readers! It's a touching, relatable look at life on the spectrum. Her core message of unconditional love and support successfully helped my own children develop a deeper sense of empathy and understanding.

The second book in the series about Nicholas and his family is finally here! It is a sweet story about the preparation that Nicholas and his family go through to try to make it a successful picture day at school. It is a great reminder that something that most of us take for granted, like having our picture taken, can be difficult and scary for a person on the autism spectrum. The author does a great job of explaining to her readers how Nicholas feels and how he perceives the world around him. Thank you for another creative and thought provoking book!

Everyone with special needs kids should read this book. It’s a very beautiful book. This book will help them to cope with their situation and teach them ways to grow their kids. It was well written. I highly recommend.

You are not simply telling a story; you are sharing experiences that come from real life, and that shines through on every page. I especially loved the bond between Nicholas and his older brother Michael. The way he encouraged, supported, and believed in Nicholas was touching and showed the importance of family, patience, and unconditional love. Watching Nicholas slowly build confidence and overcome his fears reminded me that even the smallest victories are worth celebrating. The illustrations were beautiful, the message was powerful, and the ending brought a smile to my face.
